DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement,
take 1 to 3 softgels daily.
High concentration and potency
Most of commercially available PC go by the name of lecithin as the extraction process stops at the point where lecithin is obtained. Lecithin contains only a low concentration of 20-25% PC.
PhosChol 565 undergoes additional steps in the extraction process, to ensure that high concentration of PC is obtained. Each softgel contains 565mg of PC, equivalent to 3 glasses of soybean milk.

I used to feel tired all the time and yawned frequently, even when my sleep hours were sufficient. It felt like my energy levels were not enough to match my day. I could feel the difference after finishing a bottle! I feel a lot more energetic in the day and find myself yawning lesser. My husband who has been staying up late and doesn't exercise often has also started taking PhosChol 565 and my daughter too.

I had insomnia for many years and depended on sleeping pills each night. Even then, I could only manage up to 4 hours of sleep on most nights and my sleep quality was poor. I felt tired most of the time. It was hard to focus at work.
The TCM told me that my liver health was poor, which affected my sleep quality. I started taking 2 softgels of PhosChol 565 a day and after 3 months, I found myself sleeping better as my liver health improved – I woke up lesser at night and no longer needed sleeping pills. As I continued taking PhosChol 565, I'm having more restful nights and wake up feeling energetic and refreshed!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PhosChol 565 contains a high concentration of phosphatidylcholine (PC). PC is highly prone to softgel leakage due to its small-molecule surfactant properties. A small-molecule surfactant has a water-soluble head and an oil-soluble tail. As softgels are made with gelatin, glycerine and water, PC may attach to the gelatin-water shell and may seep through its seam. Elevated temperatures can cause oil expansion whereas high humidity that causes the water-soluble end of PC to draw moisture can further aggravate this situation.
As a result, leakage problem is common for PC or lecithin softgel products. Many manufacturers prevent this problem by reducing the concentration of PC.
However, PhosChol 565 retains the high concentration of PC while making efforts to enhance the stability of the formula. Yet, some leakage may be observed if the products are not stored or shipped in cool and dry conditions. Always store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid shaking the product to prevent leakage.
Yes supplementing with phosphatidylcholine helps to promote general brain health, and may help to improve focus and concentration for children who have a shorter attention span. You may wish to squeeze out the content of the softgel to make it easier for your child to consume.
Yes. we recommend pregnant women to take PhosChol 565 to replenish choline levels that are commonly depleted during pregnancy and lactation. Choline can help to support brain development and prevent certain birth defects such as spina bifida.
As each pregnancy condition is unique, we recommend pregnant women to consult their doctor before consuming any health supplements.
Yes. Those with gout problems are required to avoid eating soybeans due to the presence of purines, which can exacerbate the gout problem. However, PhosChol 565 is extracted from soybean lecithin that has been purified and refined to contain mainly phosphatidylcholine. Therefore, it is safe for those with gout probems to consume PhosChol 565.
